FAQ
If you have a question that isn't answered here, please reach out to me via the support section above.
You need an iPhone with Apple Health data and an agent workflow. Health Sync has been built for OpenClaw but can also be used with Hermes Agent, Codex, Claude, or another compatible personal AI agent.
Yes. Codex uses a lightweight native plugin that downloads and verifies only the matching platform runtime on first use. Claude Code uses a self-contained native plugin, Claude Web uses the portable skill ZIP, and Hermes Agent or other compatible agents can use the Agent Skills package. Choose your agent in the installation guide, then start the onboarding workflow.
The product is designed around an end-to-end encrypted sync flow. The sync is meant to happen between your device and your agent through the encrypted pipeline. For details on all components involved, please refer to the privacy policy.
No. The intended setup does not require inbound traffic or public port exposure for your local agent environment.
Yes. After the initial setup, you can ask OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, Codex, Claude, or your compatible agent to pull the latest data on a schedule and generate daily summaries or other recurring health insights. It can even be extended to be your personal coach.
If syncing fails with client_signing_key_mismatch, ask your agent to create a fresh Health Sync configuration and unlink the old device. The agent must run this process for you. Once it is done, onboard again in the iPhone app; after the new pairing, synchronization should work again. If the error still persists, please reach out to [email protected].
In this case, please use one of our support options (email or X). The fastest path is usually to send the exact step that failed, any agent response you received, and whether you used QR code, deep link, or hex onboarding.
