FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a question that isn't answered here, please reach out to me via the support section above.

What do I need before I start?

You just need an iPhone with Apple Health data and an OpenClaw agent. No additional hardware or software is required.

Is my health data stored on your servers?

The product is designed around an end-to-end encrypted sync flow. The sync is meant to happen between your device and your agent through the encrypted pipeline. For details on all components involved, please refer to the privacy policy.

Do I need to expose ports or run public infrastructure?

No. The intended setup does not require inbound traffic or public port exposure for your local agent environment.

Can I automate daily summaries?

Yes. After the initial setup, you can ask your agent to pull the latest data on a schedule and generate daily summaries or other recurring health insights. It can even be extended to be your personal coach.

What should I do if onboarding or syncing fails?

In this case, please use on of our support options (email or X). The fastest path is usually to send the exact step that failed, any agent response you received, and whether you used QR code, deep link, or hex onboarding.
